If you wish to return an item purchased from costabianca.com, please follow the instructions below.

• Please send us e-mail through our contact form, and let us know your intention of return, order ID and total number of item being returned.We will provide you shipping address for return after receiving your message.
  
  
• If possible, pack the items securely in their original packaging. Please include all documents, parts and accessories. In order to receive a refund, the items must be unused.

• Please remove all other stickers from the outside of the package before returning it.

• Please also remember to mark the package as "Return".

• Hand over the package to the post office and keep the tracking number for the return. You can use it to track the status of the return.

• You are liable for the cost of returning the item. We recommend that you return the order to a standard service via the local post office. Please keep all receipts in case the order is lost in transit.

• Once the item has been received, you should expect a processing time of 3-5 days within the warehouse. During this period, the return is checked, scanned and processed. Please also note that it is at your bank's discretion how long it takes for the refund to reach your account.
